⁵ The Lord is the portion of my inheritance and of my cup;
    You support my lot.
⁶ The lines have fallen for me in pleasant places;
    yes, an inheritance is beautiful for me.
⁷ I will bless the Lord who has given me counsel;
    my affections also instruct me in the night seasons.
